Summer is always the best time to start our healthy diet, because in the summer we always get many more options of seasonal fruits and vegetable.  here we are having some of our choice and happy to share it with you guys.

Please note that most of our ingredients are fresh unless stated on the descriptions and or captions.  As the tools we only need a bowl for washing the ingredients. A knife to cuts the ingredients. A peeler to obviously peel the fruits and vegetables that need peeling. A blender to make the juice or smoothies.

We use/eat them as a substitute for our lunch or dinner. Meaning? well, when we having the juices/smoothies we don’t eat anything else, but we still have proper meal once a day.  If we have the juice for lunch then we will have proper meal for dinner for example steak with mashed potato and salad.  And just reverse it if we have big lunch then we will have the juices/smoothies for dinner.
