There are many of our healthy diet drink on here that going to help you being happy on a diet.

This simple one is;

1 fresh beetroot.
2 green apples ( I use granny smith).
1 iceberg lettuce.
200 ml drinking water.

Tools you needs;

Blender.
Knife and chopping board.

Peel and cut the beetroot into smaller pieces. Washed and cut the green apples and the iceberg lettuce into smaller pieces too.

Put the beetroot into the blender with the drinking water, slowly little by little add the rest of the ingredients into the blender and blend it well.

Now you have healthy dinner or lunch for two.
